AD HOC RESEARCH: MAKING WAY FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESSION! CONTINUITY AMID CHANGE

Ad Hoc Research, one of Quebec's leading marketing research firms, announces today the transfer of ownership to an internal entrepreneurial succession team. This transition, which began several years ago, reinforces the company's desire to keep its interests in Quebec and to remain owned by its professionals.

Nearly 40 years after its founding, Ad Hoc is now putting its succession plan into action. The two co-founders, Michel Berne and Stephan Harris, are selling a significant portion of their shares to a 100% internal succession in order to plan for their retirement, scheduled for 2026. They will remain active in the company until 2026 to ensure a smooth and orderly transition. This transaction is in line with the company's objective of long-term continuity.

This internal succession, which is mostly female (six of the nine are women), is composed of six current partners, namely Cathy Bourget, Kimberley Campbell, Cédrick Hached, Richard Saint-Pierre, Nathalie St-Laurent and Patricia Thomas. They are increasing their stake in Ad Hoc. They also welcome three new partners, all of whom have been vice-presidents for several years: Daria Balazinski, Lionel Bohbot and Erica Horn.

With more than 80 full-time professionals and over 100 call centre employees, Ad Hoc has been growing steadily since its inception and offers the highest quality custom research services. The changes unveiled today will allow Ad Hoc to continue to evolve and serve its clients even better.
