Ad hoc<\/strong> : Alors Antoine, passons aux choses s\u00e9rieuses. Parle-nous un peu du Pool de Hockey d\u2019Ad hoc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : Le pool existe depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es et il a toujours eu un c\u00f4t\u00e9 rassembleur! Au fil des ans, c\u2019est devenu une v\u00e9ritable institution chez Ad hoc et il y a chaque ann\u00e9e un fort engagement envers le pool. En ao\u00fbt 2020, Ad hoc a perdu une employ\u00e9e de longue date \u00e0 cause d’un cancer. C’\u00e9tait une fan inconditionnelle de hockey, qui nous envoyait ses choix pour le pool depuis son lit d’h\u00f4pital. C’est pourquoi, l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous avons baptis\u00e9 notre pool \u00e0 sa m\u00e9moire – Le pool de hockey H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Blais @lagrandeh\u00e9l\u00e8ne<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : What do you like the most about being the Hockey Pool Commissioner?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : Being the \u201corchestra conductor\u201d for this activity is a real privilege. I love being able to write updates in my own way, without taking myself too seriously. It makes me happy to hear my colleagues tell me that they like to read what I have written, that it makes them laugh and that it brings a little sunshine into their day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : O\u00f9 trouves-tu ton inspiration pour tes c\u00e9l\u00e8bres updates sur le pool que tu envoies tout au long de la saison?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : Au d\u00e9part, c\u2019est le langage color\u00e9 des analystes sportifs qui m\u2019inspirait. J\u2019\u00e9coute souvent les matchs des Canadiens et on peut entendre de vraies perles en mati\u00e8re d\u2019expressions et surtout de perronismes. J\u2019essaie de les imiter et de les caricaturer tout en m\u2019appuyant sur des \u00e9v\u00e9nements survenus dans l\u2019actualit\u00e9 sportive. J\u2019aime aussi \u00eatre un peu baveux avec les poolers qui prennent l\u2019activit\u00e9 plus au s\u00e9rieux!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : \u201cMust have\u201d pick in the hockey pool this year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : In any type of pool, you can never go wrong with McDavid. But with the set-up of the Ad Hoc pool, Andrei Svechnikov is the way to go!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : Ta pr\u00e9diction pour la Coupe Stanley 2021-2022?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : Mon c\u0153ur dit Montr\u00e9al, mais ma t\u00eate dit Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : Ever dreamed of working for the NHL? If so, for which team and in what capacity? Careful here, we have lots of die-hard Habs fans in the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : Good question! Even though I play the role of armchair GM every day, I would not like to be in Marc Bergevin’s shoes. In my wildest dreams, and if I had the skills, I think I would like to succeed Pierre Houde as Montreal’s game commentator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : As-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 sur un projet de recherche marketing li\u00e9 au hockey?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : On a fait des groupes de discussion sur des patins de hockey avec des adolescents : j\u2019\u00e9tais vraiment surpris de leur aisance \u00e0 discuter de ce qu\u2019ils recherchent dans leurs patins!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : #1 reason you joined Ad Hoc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : To learn each and every day. I have an insatiable curiosity and I would have stayed in school my whole life if I could have!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad hoc<\/strong> : Raison #1 que tu travailles encore chez Ad hoc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antoine<\/span> : L\u2019\u00e9quipe, \u00e7a c\u2019est certain. J\u2019ai des coll\u00e8gues en or et je me consid\u00e8re extr\u00eamement bien entour\u00e9. Et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des projets : j\u2019en apprends tous les jours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
