Et puis des questionnements&nbsp;: comment faire pour travailler et prendre soin de mes deux petits gars pendant deux semaines? Comment rester confin\u00e9s tous ensemble 7 jours sur 7, 24 heures sur 24, tout en gardant une ambiance agr\u00e9able?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Petite pr\u00e9sentation. \u00c0 la maison, nous sommes quatre. Il y a\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:13px\"><li>mon grand&nbsp;: 8 ans, cr\u00e9atif, \u00e9nergique et ayant aussi besoin de moments de solitude.<\/li><li>mon petit&nbsp;: 4 ans, tr\u00e8s \u00e9nergique (voire hyperactif), ne supportant pas de jouer seul, qui aime jouer au petit chef \u2013 surtout avec son grand fr\u00e8re \u2013 et qui explose d\u00e8s que \u00e7a ne va pas dans son sens.<\/li><li>mon conjoint&nbsp;: au ch\u00f4mage \u00e0 cause de la COVID-19 et qui essaye d\u2019arr\u00eater de fumer depuis quelques semaines. (Est-ce actuellement le bon moment? Pas s\u00fbre)<\/li><li>et puis, moi&nbsp;qui travaille \u00e0 distance, qui aime quand c\u2019est propre et rang\u00e9 (c\u2019est m\u00eame obsessif mais ne dites pas que je le reconnais), qui suis hyperactive \u00e9galement et qui ne supporte pas l\u2019inactivit\u00e9 de ma famille.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">\u00ab&nbsp;Cocktail explosif&nbsp;\u00bb, vous me direz!&nbsp;En effet!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Dans un premier temps, afin de m\u2019apaiser, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me recentrer sur l\u2019essentiel. C\u2019est quoi l\u2019essentiel \u00e0 mes yeux et pour ma famille?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:13px\"><li>Notre priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 1 est notre sant\u00e9 et celle de nos proches \/ amis \/ coll\u00e8gues. Tant que nous ne tombons pas malades, tout ira bien. Le confinement est donc la solution pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette priorit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Notre priorit\u00e9 num\u00e9ro 2 est d\u2019assurer autant que possible des revenus suffisants pour faire vivre notre famille.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Une fois apais\u00e9e, l\u2019objectif est de vivre en harmonie. Malgr\u00e9 mes inqui\u00e9tudes, cela se passe plut\u00f4t bien. Les enfants jouent beaucoup ensemble. Mon conjoint s\u2019occupe d\u2019eux le matin et moi, l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. J\u2019ai mon espace pour travailler, bien que je sois parfois troubl\u00e9e par les urgences de mes enfants&nbsp;(qui consistent \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer une collation, r\u00e9parer un jouet ou me montrer une construction lego qu\u2019ils ont faite &#8211; disons que nous n\u2019avons pas tous la m\u00eame notion d\u2019urgence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">C\u2019est s\u00fbr que les ajustements sont n\u00e9cessaires et chacun fait un petit bout de chemin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:13px\">Cette p\u00e9riode est finalement l\u2019occasion de passer du temps ensemble, de profiter de moments simples comme regarder un dessin anim\u00e9, jouer \u00e0 un jeu de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, cuisiner, etc. C\u2019est le moment de transmettre de belles valeurs d\u2019entraide (prendre soin des a\u00een\u00e9s de notre rue) et d\u2019amiti\u00e9 (envoyer des lettres \/ des dessins \/ des vid\u00e9os aux amis). C\u2019est le moment de se rapprocher les uns des autres.
