Before joining Ad Hoc Research, Pierina spent 8 years as an HR generalist in a variety of fields, such as IT, manufacturing, and finance. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations and a Graduate Certificate in People Management, which gave her the opportunity to share ideas with others and learn about the latest in workplace practices.
She’s been involved in organizational development projects and is especially passionate about labor relations and recruitment—areas that have guided her career choices. Always eager to learn, Pierina loves keeping up with new trends and building her expertise to deliver creative solutions.
In her free time… well, what free time? Pierina has a second job at home as mom to her two little ones. But whenever she gets the chance, she never hesitates to hop on a plane and explore new cultures, always choosing the most varied destinations possible!
