With Ad Hoc since 2000, Eric is inquisitive, optimistic and a diplomatic communicator, who is serious about his work but never takes himself too seriously. An astute manager, he applies a creative, humane and open-minded approach to every project, guiding the discussion towards solutions and listening to the views and opinions of everyone involved.

A die-hard Montreal Canadiens fan, Eric is yet to win (in spite of his greatest efforts and extensive statistical knowledge) our annual hockey pool, and is beaten regularly by colleagues who know nothing about the sport and make their picks at random.
