Mélanie joined our team in October 2020 after several years of experience in call centres, first as an interviewer and then as a supervisor.

What she likes about her job? Helping others, taking on challenges and achieving goals, especially if they are going to be difficult!

She is naturally patient, a good listener and always in a great mood, which definitely makes her a perfect fit to supervise a team!

In her spare time, she particularly enjoys watching sitcoms and playing video games, her favourite being World of Warcraft. For the Horde!
