Ad Hoc Research has completely adapted itself to the new realities caused by COVID-19. As such, our entire team is now working remotely and we are completely up and running:
- Our web surveys and qualitative activities (online communities, online focus groups, online individual interviews) are proceeding as usual.
- Our call centre is now virtualized. We are therefore able to conduct (and are currently conducting) phone surveys on behalf of our clients all the while respecting the guidelines provided by the health authorities.
- Focus groups and individual interviews, as well as usability tests are now systematically done online. Furthermore, to guarantee the security of the data collected, we are hosting our online qualitative research platform on our servers.
We are entirely available to answer your business needs. We will not be able to meet with you in person, but this will give you the opportunity to test out our videoconferencing tools!
