OUR MEMBERSHIPS

Many of our professionals are members of various industry associations, from the QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association), CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association) and Esomar (World Association of Opinion and Marketing Research Professionals).

A number also hold the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional (CAIP) designation. This world-class designation is endorsed and supported by the Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC).  Similarly, some professionals hold the title of Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) awarded by CXPA to recognise individuals with a high level of knowledge in the field of customer experience.

Ad Hoc is also the exclusive Canadian partner of the UXalliance, an expert network of global leaders in the field of user experience (UX).

These memberships help keep us up-to-date on emerging best industry practices throughout the international market research community.

OUR CAUSES

We’re in the business of people. So we believe in giving back to the people around us in any way we can. That’s why we get involved with organizations that are making a real difference in our local community. Organizations like le Phare and Ste. Justine Children’s Hospital

We are also big believers in the importance of education, which is why we support several local universities and colleges. We host regular workshops to introduce students to some of the practical applications of market research, giving them a behind-the-scenes perspective on the industry.
