HR Coordination Manager

After studying marketing, communication, and coordination in Switzerland, Alain dove headfirst into the world of marketing research. He started by running a CX testing studio and working as a research assistant in Switzerland, before joining Ad Hoc Research in 2020. When Alain first arrived at Ad Hoc, he worked as a call centre supervisor; He recruited, trained, and managed hundreds of interviewers—from Panama all the way up to Nunavut—for major national projects.
2023 marked a turning point for Alain! He became part of the Human Resources team, ready to seek out the talented individuals who would and will shape Ad Hoc’s future. He is now building partnerships with colleges and helping the company shine at career fairs across Quebec. He also leads our Wellness Committee, our Social Committee—and, most importantly, he organizes our legendary holiday party!
